Ingredients:
Lion’s mane mushroom, Catnip, Hibiscus, Mint, Rosemary, Calendula, Horsetail with a dash of of flavorful herbs from Olive Branch farm to brighten the blend.
What’s Included:
One Bag of loose-leaf botanical infusion; (approximately 3 1/2 cups) - 150 Grams
One Reusable Extra large cloth tea bag

Brewing Instructions:
Use an infusion mug, tea press, or cloth tea bag for best results.
Add 1/8 cup of herbs to one cup of hot water.
Cover and steep at least 5 -10 minutes.
Press and strain the herbs, or slowly squeeze and remove the tea bag.
Sweeten with at least 1 teaspoon of raw local honey if desired.
